Great. Met a sales representative named Scott. He was helpful with questions on buying a new nice bed.
Had recliner, love seat, but had to wait 6 months for a sofa
Store was very nice, stopped in to just look and compare mattresses, Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful on all the products, answered all of mine and my wife’s questions and seemed to actually enjoy his job. Most places these days act as if they are doing you a favor by selling you their products, did not get that impression here, we went ahead and purchased here that same night instead of looking anywhere else, the experience was that pleasant. Highly recommend Scott at Cocoonis if your in the market for new furniture, hopefully the delivery team is as professional.
Very friendly. Acted as though they wanted to assist. Salesperson knew their products and their functions and acted like they were proud of the product they are selling. Selling quality products helps also.
