Shay is amazing! I loved that she wasn't pushy, she is extremely knowledgeable about the products and she didn't try to over sell. I went in looking for a bedroom set and walked out with an amazing patio set and chaise lounge chairs (I didn't even know they sold outdoor furniture) and a couch for my basement. I'm very happy with my experience

My wife and I went to Raymore in Staten Island NY with my kids, 3 and 1. We hooked up with an older gentleman Carl who was fantastic. Not only was he courteous and professional but very patient with us having to continuously make sure our 3 year old wasn't playing on the furniture. He answered all of our questions to satisfaction, over about 45 minutes, and worked with us to understand our needs for the rooms we were furnishing. We ended up with two sofa's, a love seat, and an arm chair that we are very happy with. I would definitely recommend them, Carl in Staten Island in particular.
