Consulate General of Trinidad and Tobago

They improving with faster service slowly but surely. I just wish they would answer the phone! How you got a Consulate and no one answers the phone? I don’t get it

No stars for this consulate but I couldn't go any further without stars. I don't understand why it's a struggle to get and appointment for a passport. This system and it's staff needs to be restructured to satisfied the people of Trinidad and Tobago. The bosses needs to looked at the functions of this consulate and do something about your services. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICES.

If i can give zero stars I would...this place is very unprofessional yall phone have an automated service that tell me to call the same number that has the automated service an yall website is no help worst yet to send an email come on now.. Trinidad have to look bad everywhere alyuh go...for christ sake ppl want to renew their passport not to go Trinidad but to go somewhere else Frick this is so shameful eh 0 star for me this place need to do better I only give 1 stars so I can post this

So disappointed in this Consulate service the government of Trinidad and Tobago need to look into to this consulate y’all. Are just plan wicked no words people Can get any kind of service or respond in cases of an emergency. Y’all have ppl suffering fromTrying to call. An Un answered phone line All day Or never Response to an email this is Not what a consulate. Service is about in a foreign Country shame on y’all

Good day to whom it may concern I payed for a service an am highly disgruntled, I understand that COVID-19 is present but I payed for a overnight next day shipping it was delivered on 1/7/21 today I called with an update because I nvr saw a response, they are telling me I have to wait 7 days or so, an then I would receive a phone call then with my tracking, when I called two weeks ago I was privy to. O backlog and was told send the required money order n yellow slip, if I knew this before I would of sent a regular money order n would not of been expecting a particular service...
