Feel like a hero sandwich?nCan't make up your mind as to a good combo?nHope you're not in a rush 'cause Paneantico has over 100 combinations! Each sandwich is as awesome as the other! Fresh cold cuts, fresh bread, incredible sides... if that's not enough, their salads are Delicious and HUGE!nI'm not wild about their pastries, you can do better at several other Italian bakeries.nAs for sandwiches, Paneantico is my Hero!

We come here often! The sandwiches are yummy, and they have fresh baked bagels and pastries. They are a true Italian deli, and the desserts are really incredible as well. Definitely recommend when nearby. It can be a bit pricey, though.

As a native Bay Ridgian, I've been enjoying Paneantico for decades. I've brought their cheesecake with me from Vermont to North Carolina and it's always a great hit. So fresh, moist and decadent. I also recommend any of their sandwiches on brick oven bread but the B75 is my favorite. One of my go-to spots in the neighborhood.

The coffee is good. Especially cappuccino and iced coffee. The brick oven bread is also good.nIf only the service for takeout was the same. I often have to wait on line just for a loaf of bread for 15 MINUTES!! It’s happened many times. Very very frustrating. There’s 2 girls behind counter that can only do so much. There’s a guy back there, I don’t know if he’s the manager or what. But this guy couldn’t care less if customers are waiting for 15 minutes to pick up. He never asks if he could help the next person on line. And the sign that reads something about due to government policies we now charge a fee to use credit cards. News flash, there’s no such thing, paneantico wants the customers to pay the credit card fees.

It reminds me of the deli Bakery restaurants that I used to go to when I was a kid back in the 60s a real Italian food the sandwiches were fantastic and the pastries were great
