DO NOT BUY OCCASION CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION. We ordered a sheet cake last week for a baby shower. Call up in the morning the day of pickup and they tell us they don’t have the cake and we never ordered it. We explained that we called on Tuesday and placed the order over the phone and our credit card was charged from that location. The woman on the phone was so nasty and kept insisting we must have ordered from the victory blvd location. She also said “I was the only one here Tuesday and I remember every order I take and you did not place an order here” and “I just checked every single cake here and it’s not here”. We asked if there was anything they could do since we need a cake for this shower and she responded “ I don’t know what you want me to do I can’t make you a cake in 5 minutes”. We asked for a manager and she said there was no one else there. So my husband drives there from New Jersey instead of our family picking the cake up as planned to straighten everything out and miraculously the manager finds the cake! The one that we never placed an order for. After the other employee checked every single cake. While the manager was kind and courteous it was not worth the hassle to deal with this nasty employee and such a waste of time on a morning we were busy preparing for an event. If you need to order from somewhere reliable order from somewhere else.

Always a great experience! Even on Easter morning when the line is 30 plus people deep, the line moves really fast. The workers are experienced with high customer value while being attentive for their needs. I've been going there for over a decade. They're the best!

The Easter grain pie ( deep dish) is the best I’ve had in years! It is very close to my mothers. I’ve tried many from all the best Italian stores on Staten Island but none can compare to yours. My search is over. Thank you

Came here to buy a cake for our friend’s birthday. We weren’t sure what he liked but one of the workers was sweet and went through their most popular cakes and helped me pick one out. She rang me up with a Nutella cheesecake which she said was one of their bestsellers. As I’m literally walking out the shop, barely making it out the door, I received a text that our friend is not a fan of cheesecake.nI right away turned around, receipt still in hand and cake still boxed up and untouched. The lady who had just helped me was busy so I asked one of the other girls if I can switch the cake, explaining I just bought it for a friend two seconds ago but need to switch it to something else since he doesn’t eat cheesecake. I noticed a sign on the register that said no refunds but they allow returns. Without letting me finish, she said sorry, no returns and walked away. I refused to leave without switching the cake and finally, another lady helped me and was really sweet. She switched the cake to a strawberry shortcake. The cake was absolutely unreal and our friend was happy.

Got a few cakes from her I say they are good but not great . I know they are busy and they are like the best one in eltingville. However it’s overrated. Lacking that excellence in cakes. Nothing I ever bought that was like wow . My message to the owner is this please continue to work on your craft of cake making you need to step your game up. Example I bought your strawberry cheesecake and you had whip cream on it and this thin layer of cake on top. Hello!! Who puts whip cream and cake on a cheesecake. Get rid of the whip cream get rid of that thin layer cake you have on top . Your better off with a gram cracker crust . I’m not even a baker and I know this . Step it up!!
