Holt Chiropractic & Massage

I started going to Holt Chiropractic about 3 weeks ago and already feeling a major improvement in my back pain. I had gone to many medical doctors, taken x-rays and had an MRI, but still no one could tell me what my condition was or how to help it. A family member recommended this place after seeing an ad on Facebook and I thought I'd give it a try. The people that work there are incredibly friendly, funny, positive and knowledgeable. Doctor Holt is patient and always answers my many questions. Sophie and Esther make my day when I walk inside and they call me by name and great me with a smile. They do things much differently here and take a holistic approach, looking at the whole spine and posture. No other chiropractor compares. I highly recommend going here, just be prepared to pay cash if they don't accept your insurance. My back is worth it!

Holt Chiropractic is not like any other chiropractor I have been to. They hit the source of the problem rather than just routine adjustments. My headaches and neck pain are from years of poor posture. Holt chiropractic has provided me with an individualized plan which includes an at home exercise packet, in office exercises, adjustments and traction to realign my spine the way it should be. Changing what years of poor posture has done to my spine gives me hope of a brighter pain free future. I have been coming for almost 2 months now and I already notice a big difference in the way I feel and stand. The staff is very caring and works together as a team to make each patient feel important and welcome.

Doctor Holt and his staff have been nothing but professional with my Chiropractic care. The best part is that he is not just doing a quick fix. He is actually laying out a full detailed package. Not only does it build on itself but he evaluates the progress as you go so that you can see the change.
