My experience was great! In store, Kathy was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect bed in my budget. It was available for next day delivery and came promptly. The delivery people were friendly and set up was quick. I would highly recommend.

Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a mattress sure isn't what it used to be. She explained the different types of mattresses and helped me find what was best for myself and my family.

I once got a hard bed instead of a soft bed when i went here a few years ago, i gave them a refund and i didn't get one back. I went to a mattress store a few minutes from here, and they had better mattresses

We have bought a lot from metro. Just bought a pillow. Would be nice is the stores had a stock of pillows so I didn’t have to go out to the warehouse .
