Absolutely a wonderful experience at Home Depot today. Exceptional customer service! The person who helped me, Mark, was great! He listened to the descriptions of what I was looking for and helped me in finding the items. He’s a great member of the Home Depot team.

Apparently this place picks and chooses when dogs are allowed. Yesterday my dog was and today we walk in with her and immediately this old woman goes “ is that a service animal” if not she needs to stay in the car. It’s 19° out. I’ll be going to Lowe’s for now on. Not to mention them standing around and talking about us. If you’re gonna talk about someone with your Coworkers don’t make eye contact with the people you’re talking about.

Bought some great plants here, potting soil and plant food. Also bought a 2 pack of hooks so I can hang my plants from the ceiling. Looked at artificial Christmas trees at after Christmas prices. Great deals. Home Depot is always so interesting.

We only did a curbside pickup. My wife went into the service counter and was greeted by very friendly staff. We were on our way within 20 minutes.
