They had a lot of sales and no shortage of employees to help you. No matter where I was I knew someone was there to help me. To which I did three times. Store very clean and organized. Had a cashier hop on a register just to check us out. Very nice people.

I’ve been in customer service for 35 years , things don’t always go smoothly with every customer , but lt’s the way you resolve those issues that make you great employees..nWe bought a dishwasher at the clay store andnSet up a delivery on Saturday from the warehouse .. got a call on that Saturday to confirm delivery for Monday ... long story short it was delivered to the store for them to deliver it to us on Monday cause they don’t do Saturday deliveries from the store. The delivery crew was not there , so after a while of back and forth they did the right thing and two of the guys grabbed a rental truck and brought it to me ..nGreat customer service!! Thank you ScottnJames and Elijah GREAT JOB !!

So last week I went into lowes with my 11 month old daughter and was trying to spend almost a 1k on cabinet doors and other items for our home. All supposed to be a nice morning well it wasn't I went to the cabinet section to get a quote on 4 doors was met by the woman sitting at her computer I had my measurements I said can I have a quote she responded with a no.i said wait what did you say she said i said no you see pile of papers she picks em up and slams em down saying you see these there not done ill be busy till next thurs so I cant help you im like um ok call corporate open incident report and nothing said I would get call back next day week later still no call call today 1 week later after telling the store to 3 more managers 1 offers me 10 percent like your joking right. I filed a complaint with corporate was told next day would have a general manager call nothing I waited a week to post this this store I would not recommend to anyone this store is a absolute joke and are terrible to there customers and managers are clearly a I dont care mindset I do not recommend this store to anyonenUpdate: talked to corporate so corporate felt my complaint was not important and discarded my complaint and was never followed up as was told to me by a lowes member as she is apologizing to me apparently they prioritize them
