In May of 2019, we purchased a king-sized adjustable bed, two mattresses, a couch, a chair, and a chaise lounge from Raymour & Flanigan. While we did not purchase the extended 5-year warranty, we never thought that our furniture would lose its shape within 18 months and look like it is over 20 years old. (We spent a lot of money).n* Spoke to the service department over a week ago and was provided with the option to purchase better quality inserts for the pillows and seat cushion. It was explained to me that because the backing of the pillows are not attached to the couch, that they are not included in the 3-year warranty of the bottom seat cushioned pillows. I understand that they are not attached to the couch but they are part of the couch...you cannot sit on the couch without the back pillows or your back would be against the frame of the couch. (Requesting that they are replaced with the most durable highest quality insert at no cost).n* Service dept. explained that the furniture is made with the 'standard grade' of inserts and in my opinion just from sitting on the couch within 18 months…the 'lowest grade' of inserts. Of course we were not informed about the various grades of inserts at the time of purchase. (Why? And the furniture felt very durable in the showroom).n* Spoke to Raymour & Flanigan and requested a return call from the Regional Manager. To date - no call.n* We chose that set in particular because of its beauty, comfort, and durability. We were so convinced that it was of good quality and would not lose its shape within a year….we were wrong.

Sales was fantastic in helping me pick out what would work best for me, didn’t rush or pressure me into buying anything. Totally relaxed experience but incredibly knowledgeable on anything that I was interested in. Communication with delivery was great and quick. They had my furniture put together quickly and made sure everything was placed where I wanted before leaving. I couldn’t get my door open on my nightstand, so I called customer service and left a voicemail and never received a phone call back. I called again the next day later in the afternoon and once again received their voicemail, so I waited a little while and tried calling back and got their voicemail. I left another message and waited, no phone call back. I ended up calling the showroom and talking to someone about how I was having issues getting in contact with customer service, and explained my situation. She told me she would email them and have them contact me ASAP. I never got a call back. Luckily, my drawer finally opened, so I let it go. I’m supposed to be purchasing more furniture in next couple of months but with the issues of customer service, I’m not going through that again. I will most likely be canceling my other order.

Tom at Raymour was incredible! We came in knowing exactly what we needed for a kitchen table, and he lead us to it in under 10 minutes. His knowledge of furniture, along with his kindness was something I’ve never experienced before in a furniture shopping experience. My husband and I felt so lucky he was our sales associate and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Had a great experience while looking for living room furniture recently. John was very knowledgeable, guiding us in the right direction as far as comfort & style...all without being pushy. The price was right too! I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and we had the pleasure of working with Jim. He was very knowledgeable, gave us options and knew what fabrics would be best with our family of 3 messy kids! What we bought is beautiful with awesome warranties and discounts. We will definitely be back to work with Jim to furnish the rest of the home. The rest of the workers were so nice and professional. Best customer service there for sure!
