Dunkin'

im so mad i ordered dunkin this morning on doordash from my usual dunkin which i looooveeeee but it was cancelled so i ordered from here for the first time and i was so mad i ordered a large iced latte with almondmilk(by the way im lactose intolerant) NO SUGAR and an extra shot of espresso im very particular about my coffee and i only like iced coffee or lattes when i got my order please tell me why i had a HOT coffee and a separate cup of espresso i have never seen this before they also put sugar in it when i specified no sugar the also put regular whole milk in it and again i am lactose intolerant very disappointed overall go to dunkin in the west end of long beach

I ordered coffee through them multiple times and they always manage to mess up my order and my order is always the same and i always go there. the only reason i go is because they are the closest dunkin to my house and the others are too far and i have had my order messed up multiple time and when i tried to get it fixed they ignored me.

Workers always courteous and kind

Part of a chain. The coffee is good and the donuts are fresh but the positives end there . The price point is high - if you are going to pay that... service should be faster (it takes forever to get served) , the staff should smile and look like they want you there and the place should be cleaner. I am done with this shop. When I want Dunkin I cross the bridge and go to the one there.

Our coffee was quite gross. It was all caramel syrup. We had half and had to throw the rest out because the taste of syrup became unbearable. When asked for almond milk with our coffee, we were given a lecture that the syrup already contained milk (lactose) and that we shouldn't get almond milk.
