Delicious food, the staff was very friendly, everything was clean and organized. This is a wonderful place to eat.

They should open later if they're not going to be ready. If there's a line of cars, the only way out of the drive through is to back up the way you came in or drive over the curb. Otherwise you're stuck for 10-15 minutes

We ordered our four meals at 11:00am and I got there at 11:15. I waited in my car across from the pickup window and next to a “curbside pickup” sign. I called to say that I was there. At 11:35 I called and Tina the manager of the Fairport, NY store said it was going right out. Ten minutes later I went inside to get my meals. The excuse was “oh, curbside pick up is on this side of the building”. Yea but if you approach and park on the side, you only see the curbside pickup signs without them saying “pick up on the other side”. Once inside, they didn’t really apologize but said they don’t check the other side of the building (around the corner really). They said they checked twice and had to remake the drinks. (We were still missing one!!!!) The food was still warm but it had been sitting around for twenty minutes and by the time I hit the good home at noon, it had been a half hour. I told several of the employees and manager inside that they need to put signage outside that tells people to go to the other side for curbside pickup. Hopefully my son, who placed the order in his card, will get credit for the missing drink. For these reasons, i can only give Panara three stars fir today and that’s generous. It's ok, coffee and food usually ok. Went today and yesterday before 11, staffing issue, so they don't open till 11. Saw a line of cars 5 long waiting for the drive thru, they didnt leave any sign so people are just sitting there
