Great shopping experience ! Friendly staff, extremely clean and Covid compliant. Awesome merchandise available in store! Even have a hot dog cart if you need a quick snack ! I recommend 110%
I stopped into Raks this past Sunday with my husband and small dog. I was pleasantly surprised that they were pet friendly and very thankful for that as my little guy couldn't be left alone in our hotel. I ended up purchasing a couple of items. Prices were reasonable and customer service was excellent. The girls working were very sweet. This is definitely my favorite store in Clayton!! I highly recommend! Can't wait to go back next year.

Walked into the store today to have one of my groomsman buy a pair of boat shoes which they said they had and didn’t have. Then as I proceeded to walk out of the store my shirt snagged on a hook and the owner Colleen said to me “how do I know that your shirt ripped on this hook and not another store? You can barely see the hole?” Very thankful that I was accused of trying to take their money while I was looking for a solution. How would you like if I walked into your store and tried something and happened to “accidentally” rip it or cause damage but then say it was like that when I opened it? Poor customer service for how long I’ve known the family.
