Catskill Food Delivery

I placed an order at 7pm that wasn’t even picked up from the restaurant until 8:30. At which point it had been ready and sitting around for a while. How do I know this for sure? Because after I called Catskill Delivery and they didn’t get back to me, I called the restaurant directly. Once the food was picked up at 8:30, it took another half an hour to get to us, despite the restaurant being 6 miles / 14 minutes drive away. For those keeping track at home, that’s two hours to get pizza delivered. No one from Catskill Delivery called me back about the status of the order either. Calls to them seem to go to an answering service that has no actual information about where your order might be. Totally unacceptable. I will be asking for a refund.

Whenever I make an order I usually get it within 45 min of placing order. My usual driver Chris is always punctual with my order. Very rare to.get crispy fries delivered

Great job picking up our dinner from Messina's. It was so nice to have contactless delivery. One item was accidentally omitted and the driver responded immediately and brought it asap.

Very responsive and quick delivery! I couldn’t believe this small town had a service like the big city we traveled from. It was great to be able to hang out at the house we rented and not have to worry about picking up the food. Highly recommended

2.5 hours to get the food. I would not recommend anyone ordering from them.
