NOT GOOD!n1st unit not cleaned out garbage still all over floor.nCan see daylight between roof panels which led to water damage.n2nd unit not cleaned out glass all over floor.nUpon switching to second unit found a few dead mice had destroyed, made a nest and died in my empty suitcases! The smell was disgusting as required me to throw out my suitcases.n3rd unit also required sweeping prior to moving in.nLatch on door will not latch unless the door is further down than it can easily be closed too.nNobody checks these units out prior to turning them over to the next customer.nMice damage not covered by optional insurance and management refuses to take responsibility for the mouse problem.nLook elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
Clean and safe units. Not so expensive.
I like that there's a security gate and that there's ample space between the storage buildings.
Was looking for a unit right away. Called and immediately received the info i needed from a gentleman named Lance. Went down and looked at 2 units for the show of size. He was very helpful with his knowledge of exactly what would fit. A few weeks later i decided it was time to rent a unit and went down to the facility and was helped by a young lady by the name of Linda. She was very helpful as well, and set me up for my rental. Everything was thoroughly went over and we were set up in a matter of less than 10 minutes. I also decided to rent a u-haul from Storage Station which to me was a great convenience that i could do right on site. I highly recommend this place. It seems very well secure and the units are in good condition.
I was thoroughly pleased with our experience at Storage Station. Lance was so helpful and informative. We were shown assorted units with no pressure to decide. The facility is super clean and well maintained. I would totally recommend this for price, convenience and customer service!
