This was my first time using Estes. After SEVEN (7) days, these clowns still haven't managed to pick up a 200 lbs shipment my customer was expecting to receive 2 days ago, at the very latest. Every time I called, I was just told that a driver was assigned to the load, but no one ever showed up. Then after 4 days I was told the driver was here and claimed that no one was here to load him. We only have one way in, and one way out. Everyone would have seen a Estes Truck pull up. If he was here, then why didn't he call the contact number for the pickup location?!? No one ever even bothered to call. I would not do business with this company again as they cost me business and my credibility towards my customers. If you are a business owner and require reliability, then Estes is not the carrier for you.

I took off work and waited all day for my scheduled pick up. Nobody ever showed up. I called many times and the girls are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will also bounce you around line to line until eventually you get hung up on. I cannot reach anybody and now I'm stuck with a couch I can't return and missed a days pay at work. Horrible company stay away.

I had a shed delivered through this company and the experience was a very good one. Although the shipment was slightly delayed due to a staffing issue driven by covid-19, the customer service folks were very professional. I dealt with “Tre” when I called the toll feee number and when I called the Edison terminal I spoke with Nancy and Tyisha. All were VERY friendly and helpful. Great customer service always makes the experience better. The driver which made the delivery was awesome. She went the extra mile to help position the delivery in a good spot. Thank you!!
