Vanguard Dermatology

My visit at the Staten Island location was awesome it was very satisfying with well care and service and the facilities were spotless. I give this visit a 10+ and not to mention Dr Shapiro was great as usual is medical profession speaks for itself he has always come through for me and my family. I highly recommend him

From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted, checked for fever and promptly set up in an exam room. I was consulted by a very knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring doctor (cant recall her name; absolutely fantastic!) and Less than an hour later I was all done. I must say I am healing very well.. I highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a dermatologist.

Great customer service. Dr. Shapiro was friendly and engaging. He delivered the job well. I totally recommend this establishment.

Although the dr I saw was very good, I'm still waiting over a Month for an authorization!! I've called no less than 30 times. Constantly get the run around, can't talk to anyone at the actual office, apparently no one knows or is working, they lie. And no one has the courtsey or professionalism to call you back.. Take your business somewhere else. This place not worth the frustration.

I have been a patient of Van Guard Dermatology for 9 years. Unfortunately my Doctor left and was replaced. Dr Elysha Grauman Is an awful doctor, she does not push for her patients or show any regard to there well being. If you think im just angry writing this review im not I am just warning you to stay away. She is not only a bad doctor she is a bad human being and its unfortunate that Van guard was bought and sold to a hedge fund so they dont have the same personal relationships with clients like they use to. I cant write in this message how i really feel about Grauman but stay far awayyyyy or you will see exactly what I am talking about. I wont tell you how I really feel about her because I think you can read between the lines. Van guard is not a bad doctors office just stay clear of Grauman awful awful doctor.
