I'm a 35 year old male with a career in professional services. I have never encountered a more rude, abrupt and unprofessional man in my life. I am sorry people like Michael Shapiro have the ability to become Dr.'s and have the health of people in their hands. If you choose to have any health related service complete by Michael Shapiro on Staten Island - beware.

The office wait was 2 hours . I was told to be there for 2:15. I rushed there and had to wait for two hours in a crowded waiting room during COVID time I was going to leave . I asked the ignorant receptionist for my copay back and she was nasty and refused to give it back. She says ask all the patients that there is always a two hour wait. I work for a doctor and this would never go on in my officenMy son was seen for less than two minutes. I do not recommend this office to anyone . What a wasted afternoon.nnNicole Marchisotto
