Communication was poor to be able to get a fixed date on when shipment was coming. When it finally came (after weeks of being in their warehouse), the movers were professional and shipment came intact. Movers did they’re job very well. No hidden fees either. I was pleasantly surprised.nn*I upped my 1 star to 3. If it wasn’t for the communications issues I would give them a 4 or possibly 5 stars
Very smooth move from Germany to the US. Earth Relocation handled the process on the US side for me. Customs, import and move. The truck arrived on time and gave me perfect notice. The crew was professional and friendly; very fast and efficient too. That was a great experience. Can recommend their service highly.
Movers changed the date of the move, hours after they where already late. Boxes of wine, patio furniture, dog kennel and two plastic towers didn't show up. When I called to question they said some boxes where damaged and where not excepted, though they showed me no proof of this. The two towers they said they didn't have. Then they said they had, then they didn't have again. When they finally arrived, they had been pillaged. Tools, hdmi cables, cell phone cables, usb plugs had all been taken. When filed a complaint they said an investigation was completed and they found no problems. Except we still don't have all or stuff.
I used Earth Relocation to move my goods from New York to Darmstadt, Germany. Their service was prompt and the overall move experience was excellent. As an expat who has moved globally several times, I understand that moving process is not easy and having a successful every time can only work if both the assignee and service provider work hand in hand. While it is never possible to deliver a perfect moving service each time, from all the experiences we had - this one was one of the best.nnWhile I see like every company , Earth Relocation has some negative reviews too, in my opinion one should consider the service provider who has immense experience and has delivered most positive moves as 100% positive reviews are never going to be real! This is my honest feedback about their service.
I moved from New Jersey to Montreal and I used Earth Relocation to execute my cross country move. I have one friend who gave me a reference which is how I found out about them.nDavid from Earth relocation was delight to work with to plan my move ahead of time and based on description of all of my stuff he gave me several quotes based on the different sizes. On the move date , they sent 7-8 guys to pack and I can say crew was extremely professional in packing of all my stuff carefully in 2 hours for a one-bedroom sized apartment. I was sure that my stuff was going to be safe after seeing them pack my stuff.nnThey contract with Orbit/Transport Regent on the Canada side and they were helpful as well for custom clearance and the delivery was on-time. Make sure you read all of the inclusions/exclusions properly in your booked service.nI highly recommend this company.
