Macy's

Still one of the great department stores. Seller of many quality goods ranging from watches and jewelry to kitchen knives and slow cookers. Nice clothing selections, but not for plus size people. They seem to max out at 2X for men, if they have any plus size at all.

Macys does it right! They carry unique styles of the nicest brands and sell them at reasonable prices. My last in-store shopping experience was so pleasant because of a Sales Rep named Lydia. She works at the Jewelry Department and she showed me care & compassion through-out my entire time shopping. Thank You Lydia S., for making me feel at Home!

I needed to exchange an item I bought online for a smaller size and received fantastic service. You tell the most about a company when something goes wrong and you get to see how they make it right. High marks here.

Customer service no help and no one on the registers. No one but management wear their is bagels. They look like they were shopping.

The store still has class. However, since the pandemic the store closes earlier. The staff still helps with coupons but they are very rushed to close exactly at closing. I had a wonderful person helping with shoes, Kya, but even she was limited with the help she was able to give because of the rush. I don't think they want to pay their people overtime. It takes away from the shopping experience. Plus, the website has more stuff and the best sales are on weekends.
