It is new location in Staten Island as i guess! Good store full of things related to it's name, but i couldn't find drain strainer the reason i went for. I asked a person who works there, he tried to help but still couldn't find it. I bought another thing and check out process took 5 to 7 minutes because only one registry was open. Social distancing was applied as well as mask mandates

I purchased a vacuum on line to be delivered to my home. It was a gift for Christmas. I received the package and it was rattling. I removed the wrapping and the box was damaged, the merchandise not wrapped, there was no manual. I was so upset! I returned it to the store on Richmond ave, where it was shipped from. I had no problem with getting my money back. It was very upsetting to purchase on line and to received merchandise that was a return from someone else. I can not believe that the store would ship something like that!

Bed bath & Beyond located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island is wonderful to shop in. Always has the items I'm interested in. Lots of sales people around to help you located items you are looking for.
