Came around 6:45am to a rude woman who seemed to want us done with as quickly as possible, this wouldn’t be an issue if the coffee was even halfway decent. Ordered a medium latte with whole milk, was legitimately the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I gagged when I took a sip. I wish I tried it in the parking lot but I was on the highway by then. I would recommend skipping this dunks in the morning and going to the honeydew down the street.

Used to go there every morning. Drive thru is a mess some days You wait forever to get your coffee even if there is only a few cars there. There are plenty of workers there. I don't what the heck there doing in there. Now i go up the road to Honey Dew never busy fast and I actually like the coffee more.

They weren't wearing masks and the ham and egg inside the breakfast sandwich was still cold from the refrigerator..

I don’t typically write reviews for Dunks as they fluctuate immensely when it comes to quality and service, but the service was so astonishingly bad today that I felt compelled to leave a review. A woman with glittery nail polish, about 5ft and small frame took my order. At first she was somewhat attentive. I was the only one in line pulling up to the window. I ordered 3 bagels and an iced coffee. After over 10 minutes without a word at the window, she came over took my card. Handed me my items and gave me my card back. No “hello, sorry for the wait, would you like napkins, have a good day, thank you”. Nothing. Handed me my items with some disdain. My coffee was made wrong and 1 of my bagels were missing cream cheese. I would have gone back to correct, but I have no intentions to have another interaction at this place.
