I used to only go here to get my eyebrows threaded. There was lady in particular that used to do a great job and was always friendly. She does not work there anymore. It’s always new staff now and I was getting less satisfied with how the new staff was threading my eyebrows. Today was my last day going here. The lady asked if I wanted a clean up and I said yes. She thinned my eyebrows way too much. One eyebrow is a lot thinner than the other one. I had thicker eyebrows going in and now my eyebrows look drastically different. I am not coming back since the service has changed drastically. Very disappointed with how me eyebrows look now.
First time going there today and also my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and am very pleased with the results! I didn’t catch the woman’s name that did my eyebrows but she was very sweet and super quick. I will definitely be going back!

Not impressed with how my eyebrows looked once I left. She took off way too much, and this is why I’m so skeptical with letting people touch my eyebrows.
Amazing every time I go there! They ask what I want before they start, and every time they give me exactly that! Very sweet employees who are awesome at what they do. Got my eyebrows threaded today and she put this powder on them before she started and when she was done, gave them an aloe massage! Went in today around 10:30-11:00 and I wish I remembered the woman’s name because I had the best experience today! Not to mention, the pricing is low, so I was able to give her a tip that she deserved! My eyebrows came out beautiful, will definitely be going back soon :)
