I've been a Realtor and Stager for 25 years now. I've been storing my Staging items in 2 large units for years with BBSS! My husband built me shelves and hanging racks. I work out of there several days a week, sometimes 3-4 hours on selecting items to Stage with. BBSS supplies you flatbed carts, a loading dock, elevator & bathrooms. It's easy access 7 days a week from 6am-9pm! The Staff is wonderful to work with and very friendly. I'd highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for Storage...BIG or small!

Been renting here since June 2016. got 50% off for the first 3 months and great thing is they don't raise there rates when you are renting with them and no extra fees just the rent for the unit, except for late fees but every storage facility has late fees. To give an idea I have a 6x7 unit that I rent with Best Buy Self Storage and I just looked at Bluebird and it is $79 for a 5x5 and I am paying less than Bluebird for a larger unit and I see that Bluebird only guarantees that price for the first year you rent with them. Yeah the place has dust but lets be honest houses, garages, and basements all have dust so if you are worried about dust than put a plastic sheet over your stuff. Other than that it is clean I also stored a couch in their when I first got it and just took it out a week ago, it was uncovered, it was unharmed and don't see signs of bed bugs like someone else said you might get. It is climate controlled you can see the big vents and fans so I don't know why someone else said it is not. I have been there when the vents and fans were running and you can't miss them and you can feel the air from them like if your face was next to a swivel fan. Also the units come with security alarms that will go off if someone opens your unit door. You have to disable the alarm before you go to your unit by typing in your code at the front door. Which is a bonus! I will definitely continue to rent here.
