They brokered a load to us that was supposed to be a 1 pick 3 drop. At pick up it became that the load had 4 drops. It was on a weekend and after hours dispatchers didn't have a clue what to do. So we went ahead and continued the load in good faith and intentions. So Monday come arround and scheduled appointments 8.30am 9am 1pm and 2pm without consideration for unloading time and 45 average miles in between locations in the east coast. The broker gave us fake appointments that cost us to drive aimlessly up and down NY and NJ .. with that said the first drop didn't unload us until 1.30pm that caused all our appointments to be missed. We agreed on $500 reimbursement for extra travels, detention, stop and layover.. the broker indeed sent an additional $500 but then refused to reimburse for jumpers that cost $170 .. so all in all extra 200 miles of work + extra stop + detention + 2 day layover = $330 for a team truck so 165 per driver!! That is a shame!! Rmx is on my personal blacklist! Never again!
