I love Pleasant Hill’s Bega canned cheese from Australia. They are (tuna can sized) small cans with a pull tops. Perfect for any hike or trip. This cheese slices easily and is very similar in flavor to Alfredo. Pleasant Hill’s prices are better than anyone else’s too! Be patient with the company growing pains. This is a really good company.

*Update*nnMorgan from Pleasant Hill reached out and we were able to resolve the issue. Thanks, it's appreciated.nnI ordered a baking steel cover on 12.21.20. I pre-ordered as suggested for shipping around 2.19.21. I've contacted the company to confirm and they don't respond. I'm a 1st time customer and I can't recommend them based on this experience. I get that covid has disrupted just about everything but this isn't the way to treat your customers.

I have done business several times with Pleasant Hill Grains and have been pleased with both phone customer service and their products including a KoMo Grain Mill I bought this year as well as wheat berries.nI just ordered storage buckets with gamma lids for my wheat berries, one of which neither I nor my husband could get attached to the bucket and properly sealed. When I called to let them know what happened, they had to talk with the service manager and get back to me. When I got a call back I was told I needed to send a video of me trying to get the lid on the bucket. What? After all the money I had spent with them I was a bit surprised and disappointed this was necessary. Is it because you don't believe me? Really? for a $9.00 lid I didn't expect this. I will have to say I am greatly disappointed.

I ordered from them based on others remarking how incredible their customer service is/was. So I purchased an $1,800 Famag Spiral mixer that started was having issues after the first use. I've reached out via their contact form twice as well as their FB page. It's been almost a week and no response. I'm stuck with an outrageously priced paperweight. I get that Covid has slowed things down a bit early on. However, it's been a year and if you haven't adapted and made adjustments to your business model you're failing miserably. It's seems apparent their their goal is to sell as many products as they can to new and aspiring covid bakers without any support to existing customers. Terrible!
