Wow!
I've heard of the amazing "Joey" at PC Setup & Training for the past 5+ years from a friend. I finally contacted him after my husbands computer crashed which held customer vehicle tunes (obsolete) along with family photos that I couldn't recover. Long story short: He was unable to repair the OLD computer because the part needed was no longer available (go figure). We took him a new PC and not only did he restore all tunes, files, photo's, email's...the list goes on and on. He also looked at our home computer via remote assistant and took care of things there too!
He was very professional but most important to me was that he was informational, educational and extremely helpful! Best customer service ever!

Joey has been my IT guy for a few years now. I have a local business and have 5 computers set up for PC Rescue. I am telling you that Joey has saved me so many times that I have lost count. What an outstanding business. Joey was so helpful in resolving my computer issue. He took time to listen to me explain my computer issues. Not often does a technician actually listen, and when he found the problem he showed me how to correct it.
He did a very good job at helping me figure out what was wrong. He's very friendly and I'm glad I took my computer to him. Overall a good place to go for any computer related issues.
