Oh my goodness. This was the best experience! Buying with Joe and John at Piano Gallery could not have been nicer. They are so knowledgeable, so careful, so responsive. Joe even came out to my house to check sizing and styling of the room for the piano. He was also right there when the movers arrived - in case there were any issues. And they have let us know that they are still there, with us, if anything comes up. We love our piano and we love Piano Gallery. Many thanks!

I couldn't have had a better piano buying experience! Joe answered my inquiry right away and was so great to answer all of my questions. I wasn't sure how to proceed because I didn't live locally, but he was very thorough and sent multiple videos to show the sound and condition of what is now my piano. I felt completely comfortable purchasing through him and their store even without having seen the piano in person. After purchasing, it was delivered within a few days and it's absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend doing business with Joe and the Piano Gallery. He went above and beyond expectations and is very knowledgeable in the field. I will absolutely buy from again if I ever find myself in need of another piano!

Hello Mr Davidson - My experience buying the Whitney Spinet by Kimball was just wonderful. The delivery was right on time and effortless for me. The piano fits perfectly, looks fabulous, and is just plain comfortable to have in my home - thank you all so much. While this piece is 50 years old, it appears to be in near perfect condition. When the piano arrived I noticed a fresh woodsy odor. That fresh smell seems to have dissipated so I'm wondering what polish to use to protect the finish and add a hint of the outdoors. John is great to work with! He is no pressure, up front, and very knowledgeable. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He even offers to help out with learning a song on the piano if you get stuck and can't figure it out. This is the only place you will need to go to purchase a quality piano with quality service!

John at the Piano Gallery in St George was SO great to work with (the entire team is great too. I spoke with multiple people at various locations)! I live a few hours away and wasn't able to see the piano in person, but John went above and beyond to make sure I was confident making the purchase. I highly recommend!
