So, I took my laptop in because it had a broken screen. they said they could fix it and did so in a timely manner; however, when I got my laptop back they had accidently locked themselves out of my computer. this caused me to take back in my computer, to have more service. which is not a big deal, especially since they did it for free, but they could not get into my computer now. So, they ended up having to completely backup and wipe my computer this took about a full day. unfortunately I had several homework assignment on my computer that were due that day, and was forced to turn them in late. which my college professors kindly accepted luckily. however, my mic and my built in web cam no longer work, they did work before hand. in all I payed about 300 dollars for their services, and now will have to pay more since I need my mic and web cam for school. Don't bring your computer here they will break it.
The guys at PC Innovations are so awesome! The care they put into what I asked them to do was so above and beyond I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I’m very picky about my computer and they did everything perfect. I will give them all of my future business and enjoy every visit there! Highly recommend 100%!

Adam helped me out over the phone and was very understanding when I decided not to pursue diagnostic services with my laptop issue. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
