Craig is such an amazing employee! My husband and friend and I went into the store needing some help with our phones and he helped all 3 of us out individually! There was problem after problem and he never stopped helping. Seriously the best dude out there! Thanks Craig!

I went in only wanting to get a SIM card for my new s20 ultra phone. Normally, I get pounded by a salesman with unnecessary recommendations and services, with a snotty attitude. I end up leaving without what I needed. It was so refreshing to have a Sprint employee, Jake, kindly offer other services, but not be pushy or upset when I told him I only needed a SIM card for my new phone bought for me by my son for my birthday. I also purchased a cell phone cover, which Jake helped me with. I will definitely go back to the Sprint store in St. George for further purchases. Thank you very much, Jake, for making my husband and my experience a pleasant one.

I went there to return a phone I ordered on sprint.com the phone I received was having trouble in my area getting LTE. I was Directed by Sprint to take it to the nearest corporate store Directed by Sprint to take it to the nearest corporate store their website also says for the best experience return to store. So I went in and I could tell they really didn’t want to return the online order So the associate started to do it and then stopped and said I have to go speak to my manager and he came back and says we’re going to charge account $45 for the return I said no the phone isn’t working correctly in my area why should I have to pay $45 to return it at the store they just want to get more money out of me and rude
