The Staff is so kind and helping! I was thoroughly impressed with how they treat their customers in the store and whenever they deliver anything you have purchased to rent/own from them! Abbi and KayleeAnne are absolutely wonderful, nice, and very helpful! The store has excellent management and delivery crew with Karl and Javier. I will continue to give this establishment my business for the foreseeable future!! Keep up the good work!
EZ Furniture has an excellent selection and the staff is knowledgeable and very Courteous!!! Lewanna the manager is phenomenal!! She helped us every step of the way and worked with us!! She has kept us informed about our shipment of furniture and is the nicest person ever!! It’s hard nowadays to find great service but I have found it here with Lewanna!!! Keep up the excellent work and we will definitely be repeat customers!!!
The people who work here are compassionate, sweet, understanding, and hard working. Yes you might pay a little more for what you rent to own . . But they are good humans just trying to help you out. I was a terrible customer in the past and they gave me chance after chance.. I paid my account off and decided to get a new couch. They welcomed me back with respect and got my new couch delivered today. If you maybe can't afford something but need it this is the place to go! Quality furniture with top notch service!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!
Lewanna and all the staff go above what would be the normal Requirements to make each customer happy. If there is an problem then they will solve it. Just great poeple that work here really amazing management.
