i received exceptionally good customer service in my dealings with a gentleman named john at the sunset location and he was super nice and helpful !!!! he took the time to explain to me exactly what tools i needed and how to do it myself and was extremely patient when i had to keep coming back for more parts and advice over the course of 3 day’s . because i’ve had dealings with employees therein the past and they have been kind of short with me and basically talk down to me or chuckle when i didn’t know some sort of basic auto knowledge . so after those experiences dealing with john was a breath of fresh air . i feel that he needs to be recognized for his hard work and great customer service . i will definitely recommend O’reilly auto to all my friends and family and tell them to ask for john !

Best customer service ever !!!! Thank you to employee Bobby .... absolutely awesome human being !! My girlfriend and I were leaving Zion national park when we ran into car trouble and everything was closed on a Sunday except for a Shell gas station and the mechanic was backed up with five cars already and couldn't help, so we went just a quarter mile up the street and found O'Reilly's. Bobby was amazing and called a friend of his who could help, so I had to give this five star review on behalf of Bobby , who made a horrible situation much much better! Thank you for hiring this man he's amazing!

I dont usually write reviews but I had an interesting experience at this store today and needed to share it. An employee told me I needed to put a mask on when I mentioned I needed a head light for my car. I told him I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing a mask, he then proceeded to help me. Then an older white man, who I hope for the sake of that store isnt the owner or supervisor, came up to me and stated I would need to leave the store if I would not put on a mask. I stated that was against my rights and he stated I should call the cops. Wow, worst customer service of all time. I definitely dont recommend shopping at this store.
