Love the company and people when we drop off at terminal. Our company use road runner a lot. Never had any damages on my freight
My company has used their freight services a few times but we no longer will. They never show up on the scheduled day of pickup, we have had to reschedule the truck multiple days in a row and not only that they don’t show up within the scheduled pickup window. I had a driver show up an hour early and asked if he would kindly wait 10 minutes for our forklift operator to return from lunch(mind you I was 8 months pregnant at this time and couldn’t load it myself) the driver was so unbelievably rude and nasty to me and refused to wait 10 minutes to load a pallet into his truck. As he was leaving our fork lift operator pulled in. He would have had to wait 1 minute and refused and then didn’t show up the three days after we had scheduled him for a pickup and when he finally did arrive he was still rude and nasty again. We refuse to use their freight services anymore.
Kind of had a difficult experience. Waited an extra 14 days for pick up my vehicle then they deemed it untowable. But their defense was the guy that sold me the car and things done to it that he said he did. Just all-around a very frustrating experience
So slow. We arrived at 2pm. Put in door at 6:30pm. Loaded by 8pm and bills given at 8pm. Absolutely the worst!
