I don’t usually leave reviews but the store manager Kiwane and D were Phenomenal very professional. Store was clean and neat. The surpassed my needs when I walked in. They explain pricing and benefits before my purchase to make sure I was comfortable with going further. Thank you so much highly recommend this store.

The management and employees of this place use to be good guys, not anymore. They try to up charge you, aren't knowledgeable about any of the services. I thought about switching my provider after the countless visits of them telling me they cant help me. I went to another T-mobile store in Orchard Lake and the fixed my issue and took the time to explain the details to me. They have teens that just talk about nothing and waste your time and a manager who tried to charge me for a service i already knew was free. Tyler is the only good employee at this location, Jay is one of the best in Orchard Lake. Other than those two guys the rest are incompetent.

Came into the store today because I couldn’t figure out how to get my iMessages working on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I think the gentleman’s name was D that helped me, He seems pretty experienced with IPhones and was a great help I was in and out of the store in maybe 10 minutes! Such a awesome store! Highly recommend D
