This review is regarding the lack of trying to communicate in time when my appointment was cancelled. I was looking so forward to my appointment with Cheryl Zuzula and I reach the place only to be told that the appointment was cancelled, and Cheryl wasn’t even available. What bothered me most is I know I gave them the correct phone number while registering because I got a confirmation text. But they claimed to have contacted me multiple times to convey the cancellation. If that’s true, I should have received at least a single call or message, which I didn’t. I am quite disappointed because I had to leave from work early and this location isn’t even on my way home!

Cheryl is freaking amazing! I go to her for my Brazilian waxing. Whether it’s your first time or your a seasoned vet, she makes you so comfortable! Waxing never feels good but she makes it more than bearable and she is great at distraction!

Cheryl is amazing! I have been going to her for awhile now and finally talked my son (15) in to getting a hydra-facial and he LOVED it! She made him feel comfortable and took the time to educate him. He was already talking about his next appointment on the way home. Thank you so much Cheryl!

I just had my very first Brazilian done by Cheryl what an amazing experience. She was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and really relaxed me to help me thru the process. Plus she did it so fast. I will be back for sure.
