King Apple Spa Body & Foot Massage

It was alright. Tried to go to save money but I think it would've been just a bit more to get a much nicer experience elsewhere.

Worst massage I’ve ever gotten! My partner called beforehand and let them know that I was 21 weeks pregnant and unable to lay on my stomach or back. They stated that they could accommodate. Once we arrived, they did not have any accommodations for me at all. I had to lay on my side. When the woman was massaging my back, it felt as if she was simply rubbing lotion on my back for 30 minutes. Despite asking for more pressure, she continued to just rub lotion on my back. It became uncomfortable and I had to ask her to move on to my arms and legs. Even this was not a satisfying time. The woman was demanding about me laying on my back (which should.not be done at 21 weeks pregnant). I had to very stern with her that I would not be laying on my back. Also, My partner was in the next room (despite couples massages being advertised as being in the same room).

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location! Friendly and accommodating! relaxing atmosphere with hours that fit my schedule!!

It was my first time there and the massage was great. I had to wait 20 minutes, but the massage, but overall good experience.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not go there! I used to go there for 2 years and everything is good until I went in today 3/8/19 and met this massage therapist from hell!nnThey changed their policy and now they charged a $3 fee if you make payment by credit card but never ever wanted to tell you in advance?! When it's time for me to pay and hand over my credit card to the hell massage therapist, I saw a small notice about the $3 charges and ask her. Only after I asked her then only she told me in a very RUDE way that of course there's a charge. What?? This is unheard of and I told her she should have told me in advance there's a charges by using credit card that way I will bring enough cash to pay. Not only she didn't apologize, she started getting even more RUDE and yelling at me! I told her with this lousy zero customer service I am not willing to pay for any tipping, I am only willing to pay $60 which is for the 1 hour massage service and you know what? She was threatening me that I must pay her at least 10% tipping and holding on my credit card not wanted to give it back to me if I do not pay tipping. I should have call the POLICE because what she's doing was ILLEGAL. I ended up paying $69 which is $60 plus $3 charges using credit card plus $6 tipping!! I regret I didn't call the police and forced to pay for the $69 for a massage therapist from Hell!nnITS A SCAM! Do not go there!
