Shaq and Kobe hooked me up today. I was in around 230 today. Guys went above and beyond to give me genuine service and honesty. 10/10. Get those guys a raise!

My wife and I were just in today to switch from Boost Mobile to Metro. The customer service was excellent and very informative. The staff was very helpful with phone and phone case selection. I definitely recommend this store!!!!!!!

I simply needed my new phone activated, as I already have a SIM. I tell Adrian this, and he tells me he can’t do it, unless I buy a new SIM ($15) and pay the activation fee ($15). I’ve activated several different phones on this SIM so I know this isn’t true. I ask him to please try because I’ve done this before he says “No. I’m not wasting my time.” He continues to argue with me, rudely and insists it’s impossible. I ask if there is someone else I can speak to and he informs me no, he is the manager. This conversation goes down: “Can you understand why I’m frustrated? You’re asking me to pay for something that I’ve already purchased and is unnecessary ” He replies VERBATIM “ No....actually. I have no sympathy.” I’m in awe that the manager just said this to me. Having no service I ask if I can use a phone to call customer service. I call. The rep informs me that no, absolutely not. I do not need to buy a new SIM, it’s against policy to make me purchase a new one. She asks to speak with him, and directs him to do exactly what I had asked. It works, my phone is activated at no cost to me, except my time wasted arguing with an incompetent rude man. While arguing he told me he’s worked there for two years and he knows what he’s doing. Laughable. Don’t go here unless you’re asking for very simple tasks or there are others working. Really not sure how this guy got the job. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. HOWEVER MetroPCS customer service hotline is always remarkably efficient and friendly.
