So happy with the opening of this new location. Right on my way to work, went early in the morning and got a pleasant voice to take my order which is always nice in the morning before you’ve had coffee. Very quick service as well no long lines to wait in. I will definitely be back!!!

I went through the drive thru at 8 Mile Hill rd New Sharon Maine around 7am on Friday March 12th 2021.nI ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich and an order of hash browns.nThe man at the window was very nice.nI drove away and waited a few minutes before eating to let the sandwich cool down.nI took a bite and the texture seemed off.nI looked down and there was paper inside my sandwich.nI would have driven back but I had to get to work.

My first experience was not bad with the mobile ordering my second experience not good the mobile line is an absolute nightmare when there’s a line forming you have to jump into the drive thru line and when you get to the window they don’t have anything ready for you because they didn’t know we had arrived then when they did give us our stuff one of the 3 drinks was not even close to what had been ordered and no straws to drink the frozen drinks with and when I took the drinks and turned my head back they were already gone so I couldn’t even have asked for straws, I will give them another try but I don’t think I will be using the mobile order line.nI don’t like giving these kinds of reviews but I really wasn’t impressed with the service.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 mins in drive-thru with only 3 vehicles ahead of me. When I finally got to window and commented on how slow it was, the clerk didnt apologize, just had an expression... like how dare I complain! I will not be going back and strongly suggest others stay away unless they have nothing to do for 30 mins. Would have given it zero stars if I could. By the way, I was there at 1p, not exactly rush hour
