This is the slowest dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I dont get why, the employee who took my order sounded like she like smoked a fat blunt or is on downers. Its taking 5 mins for each customer. Ridiculous
Got a watered down excuse for a large iced coffee today.
The person working was very rude he didn't know how to make a drink and told me that it was a star bucks coffee and this is a dunkin donuts it was an almond joy ice coffee and it's one of dd specialty drinks. He made it wrong after I told him how to make it he was very rude I will not go there again how can someone who works for dd bot know how to make a specialty drink it's like a dd signature drink. Sorry excuse for a dd I'm very upset.
Employees stand around chatting non stop and cussing VERY loudly, while Walmart customers sit at the counter or walk by. Extremely unprofessional! Where and who is the manager??
Almost all the time I go down to this this DD inside Walmart and try to redeem some coupons/perks for a cappuccino/latte (totally legit, read T-Mobile), I'm told that the espresso machine is down for cleaning. Aren't these espresso machines supposed to be cleaned off-business hours? Or do these espresso machines work only when someone is paying up front for their latte instead of redeeming a perk?
