It took FOREVER for them to give us our order! We literally sat at the window for 15 minutes before they asked us to pay. We were in a time constraint trying to catch a flight. Should have gone to a different and better dunkin. Don’t come to this one, they suck.
This location is so infuriatingly disorganized and will not service truckers. They no longer have in-store service, only service in the drive-thru lane which does not accommodate trucks. I walked thru the drive-thru lane and was told they would not service me because I was NOT in a car. I will NEVER by fuel or coffee at this location again.
Would not know this experience due to the INSIDE LOBBY being closed. I was offered the drive thru, but I chose to go elsewhere.
When you need that pick me up there is always one nearby and the associates are Pleasant considering the circumstances
Place is trash everyone is absolutely clueless and the girl taking orders gives everyone attitude
