Always an excessive wait time. Was overcharged a few weeks back. This time I waited 25 minutes inside!! For a plain bagel with sausage egg and cheese, and 2 wake up wraps. This place is trash. Find another Dunkin to go to.
If I could give no stars in would the manager jackie is the worst manager she treats her staff badly and is always threating to fire them I think jackie should be fired her self
Staff is extremely rude! Made a person feel cornered and threaten! Drive through was not an option on a bicycle! Hot humid summer day. Needing hydration and your staff refuses to serve them! That woman you refuse to serve can't wear a mask! She has already suffered enough! Having something over her nose & mouth triggers her to relive her trauma!nnServe EVERYONE and not just the government mask minions!
Not enough staff but mostly friendly and try really really hard!! They do great with the drinks!
