I honestly don't know why I bother coming here anymore. The coffee is rarely made correctly, the service is slow, and there's a reason for wearing a mask rather than keeping it under your chin.

I don’t know how this location is still open. Absolutely worst. Apparently they don’t know the difference between a blueberry crisp iced latte and straight up whole milk. There was nothing but whole milk in my order and breakfast sandwich was cold. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time.

I've been here multiple times. The drinks are always made perfect, but the food sometimes comes out cold in the middle.

By far the worst and most consistently inconsistent Dunkin location I've ever visited, it's unfortunate that its the location nearest to my house. The management of this location obviously needs to reassess what their definition of an efficient workflow is. At most the drive thru can only handle 3 car orders at a time, but somehow almost always messes something up anyway. Turn over must be extremely high, but I'm not going to hold blame on the teenagers running the drive thru when it's blatantly obvious the management doesn't know what they're doing.

I moved to Grey in the spring of 2020 and have tried this location many times- each time waiting over 20 minutes for a latte in the drive thru, getting horrible customer service and then receiving a burnt drink. It has been consistently burnt each time I try this location. I also tried their beyond breakfast sandwhich and it has been served frozen twice. I tried to give another chance today but the latte was undrinkable after spending $5 for the drink alone. I now drive to Falmouth to avoid this location which limits how many times I get a coffee due to the distance I have to drive.
