Janice is so helpful! I just rented my 2nd unit at the Lombard facility, and Janice made the process so easy. I actually moved to Lombard from another facility because of Janice and how well-managed this facility is! Lombard is clean and warm. Temp is well-maintained and staff is always friendly and helpful. You want to rent here. They are awesome!

Janice and her team are terrific. I've used other competing storage facilities and Life Storage is better priced, better managed and really clean. Great communication with the staff. I love that I can pull my vehicle into the bay and unload without having to deal with the weather.

When entering the building Janice was right there with a smile. We were looking for a certain size unit and she informed us that she didn't have one in that size available. She then had me wait a minute while she checked another life storage that was only a couple minutes away. They did have what we were looking for. I want to tell everyone looking for storage to come check this place out. Her going out of her way just to make someone happy was just great. I wish she had my unit just because of Janice. Thank you for everything Janice

Have been dealing with them for a few years now. Candace is great to work with. I believe Life Storage offers a good value and a safe, clean environment. If they could only teach people how to park.... :)

Theresa and Janice was a huge help. There were a mix up with the size of the unit but it was taken care of right away and we went home happy. Both ladies in the office are so friendly and know what they are doing. My wife and I are so pleased and would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a place to store. Janice showed us that there were cameras located on the first floor and the floor that we are renting. She also informed us that they do a daily walk to make sure everything is ok. She also informed us of the security that they have which i was impressed. Theresa finished with us. She also gave us a good run down about the property. She was extremely knowledgeable. What an outstanding service we got!!!
