Fantastic customer service from both John in the call center and Chris, the manager of the Elmhurst Life Storage. Both were extremely courteous and patient, answering all of our questions and walking us through the rental process. No rushing us through and no hard sell, which is very refreshing. I highly recommend this storage facility—clean, safe, great location, great customer service, and great price.

They were so helpful with assisting us with storage units and free moving van. The management Demi, Chris, & Dave were extremely helpful and professional. I definitely would recommend renting from Life Storage.

I came to the Elmhurst , Rt 83 location about 2 weeks ago and purchased a unit.nMike was the manager on call that day and was Incredibly helpful. He was taking his patience helping me online and with the registration process. He was congenial and knowledgeable, making my decision an easy one and without any sales pressure, just honest sales.nHe informed me that Chris would be the manager on call most of the time at this location... I met Chris today. We had a snafu when a PODS storage truck dropped my unit off at my house, without Contact or our knowledge.nChris was an amazing help by letting me unload the unit without prior knowledge of it coming, he was super helpful, understanding and courteous.nA BIG thanks to both and especially Chris for all his help today! I couldn’t ask for a cleaner, safer facility.
