JCPenney Home Store

Went to do some Christmas shopping. I had my other items that were purchased in a paper bad and it broke. I sent my son to get me another bag. Frankie an elderly woman said “you can’t get a bag unless you buy something” I then approached the counter and said I sent him for a bag- mine is broken. She could clearly see the stuff about to fall on the floor. The bags were right in front of her and another employee and she refused to even allow me or my son to get a bag until she was done with the customer. I didn’t deserve a bag. I left all of the items that we were going to purchase and will never spend another penny at this location. Terrible customer service.
