My designer Audrey was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She has designed two of my closets now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. If I need to do anymore, I will absolutely be calling her.

Everyone is respectful, pleasant, and helpful. The quality of products is wonderful. The custom closet designers are at the top of their game. Elfa closets are so easy to install and change as needed. They last forever. You can upgrade or downgrade. Best experiences at this store.

I had shelves installed for by business and I couldn't be happier! The designer whipped up the design exactly how I wanted it in a matter of minutes, as she listened to what my needs were and visualized it the same way I did. I received phone calls promptly when the material arrived in the store and scheduled it promptly for installation. The inhouse installer was prompt, informative, installed exactly the way the design indicated, very organized, thoroughly cleaned up and was an extremely polite and nice individual person. This was not the first time using the Container Store and won't be my last, as I have always been happy with their products and services!! I highly recommend this store for all organizational needs!!

I have used the container store for multiple shelving projects in my garage and closets over the past 15 years. The quality of the product is superior to other products, and I have never had an issue once installed. The reason I did not provide a rating of 5 stars, is because I initially reached out to the store on 1/1/2021 about this project, it took about 2 weeks to get an appointment with a consultant and another 2 weeks after that before my product was available for pickup.

I love using this store as a professional organizer! I make all my client personal shopping purchases here. Sometimes I use the closet design consultant to design and order my custom closets when I don't have time between clients. It gets the job done, but unfortunately every experience I had, the consultant was rushed, impatient, cut me off, didn't listen, or was rude. Like I said, I got what I needed because I purchase a closet there about 2-4 times each month and know exactly what I want, but the client experience for this one aspect I found to be lacking.
