My partner and I came to the store to try out the mattress to compare with the Purple mattress we had tested earlier. The Casper store was way more friendly and didn't feel like a typical mattress store with aggressive salespeople. We ultimately bought a Casper Hybrid, and an still in the 100 day trial but it's been very nice as a side sleeper!

Made an appointment at Casper Oak Brook to test out their mattresses, definitely killing the competition. The store is doing private 45-minute appointments for individuals/families up to 4.nnNeed to recognize both Dallas and Lauren for their friendliness and help. Drove out to Oak Brook from Indiana to try out a Casper Matress, 1 hour drive, and if I liked it, buy it then and there. When I got there, the door was locked, and I was told I had to make an appt to try out the mattress. I called them from outside and they said I couldn’t get one till a few days later. I couldn’t come back, it’s too far. The store was empty, I just wanted to try one out for just a few min. No customers were inside. They said the next customer would not be in for another 25 minutes. I get it. You want to disinfect and sanitize. But it doesn’t take that long to do it. I would have been in and out with my mask on. And I could see the two ladies (employees) were just standing and socializing amongst each other. Disappointed. I went online the same night and ordered a Tuft and Needle bed which I was able to try out at Crate and Barrel in the same shopping complex. This corporate strategy of 45 minute appointment blocks just lost them business. What if the booked appointments don’t show? There should be a walk in line also.

Stopped in to return a couple of recent online Casper purchases and mentioned to my sales clerk, Dallas, that I was in the market for a new mattress. I asked to see the Wave Hybrid and spent about 15 min. trying out the mattress and firing different questions at Dallas - one of the most pleasant retail experiences I have had in years. Left with new bed/pillows/sheets/mattress protector.nnWould highly recommend this store and this staff to anyone interested in finding a new sleeping system.nnNow to put it to the real test - Casper has a very generous 100 day trial so here we go!

Reggie at the Oak Brook store was the best. He spent time with me on the phone answering all of my questions. When we went to the store he was informative, very nice and made suggestions for us. We purchased the Wave. Since our bed frame (from another company) hasn’t arrived yet, it is hard to give a full review from the floor. I’ll review the mattress at a later date.nThe nicest part was when we were leaving, my husband went to get the car. I have mobility issues due to back problems. Reggie carried the pillows we purchased and then gave me his arm to help me walk to the car. Excellent Service! Thank you.
