Working with Ashley was such a wonderful experience. She was able to verify all my pieces were ordered correctly to go with what I wanted. She was very helpful showing us all the choices in store and when it came time for us to order, she let us know about a flash sale, and took a phone order for us so I didn’t have to come back to the store. We ordered late on Wednesday night and our items are set to be delivered on Sunday. We have been so happy with Lovesac!
My experience at LoveSac was so great! The sales women in the showroom were super helpful and personable. They were able to work with me and my friend and help us find exactly what we needed! We will definitely be going back!
Gabi was amazing at the Oak Brook location. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I wasn't even there to purchase at this point, but just getting a feel for the filling and fabrics. I ended up loving it so much I actually called back that night and purchased the couch.

We had such a great experience buying our giant lovesac that when we were looking for a couch, we went back to learn more about their love sactional couches. Christian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We ended up buying a large sactional and cannot wait for it to come to the house!
