Such a bad customer service .I wish i can give zero stars to restoration hardware . Placed an order yesterday and i asked them if i can change the fabric to sofa .They say they have no way of changing it out .Remind you sofa takes 3 months to ship out ,there is no way sofa is produced.nThe company does not care about customer ,the way they talk or trained to talk is anticustomer .Please take your business elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Wish I could give 0 stars to this company .nnA company this size has worst customer service ,they do not act in interest of customer .nnI placed sofa order yesterday ,and told them I was second doubting the fabric if they can place the order . on hold .The sofa is going to take 3 months and in 24 hours of order I cannot make a switch of fabric ! Rnidiculous customer service .
