From the beginning it was a wonderful pleasure dealing with them. The designer came out and looked at our space and then emailed us options. Once we decided on the option, it was installed within a few weeks. The gentleman that came out was professional and nice. I even wanted an extra hanging rod and he installed it no problem. It was done within a half day! So pleased! I’m looking to have them install a wall tree next for us!
I highly recommend Inspired Closets. They designed 3 closets for us with creative solutions to maximize storage space. We had needs for folded and hanging clothing as well as laundry and some drawer items. Designer Lis fit in everything while listening to our ideas and incorporating our thoughts, creating digital plans. Inspired Closets provides a range of finishes, from very high-end finishes to more basic choices, which allowed us to cost effectively get exactly what we needed. They also provided options to add things later. Installation was smooth and pleasant. Follow up was great - all questions answered. Would work with them again!
I have used this firm before, and have returned to them for my new home. What makes this company stand out is that they truly build a custom solution for your space based on your needs. Other companies were more expensive and were merely putting in prefab shelving units. After measuring and consulting, we had a meeting to tweak the plans to perfection. The consultant was highly skilled and professional, working with price and preference and no sell up. The installer did a wonderful job and cleaned everything beautifully so we could move our belongings back into the space immediately. Do yourself a favor and bring them into your project. Definitely worth it.
I cannot say enough good things about Inspired Closets! We worked with Mary to do several closets in our new construction home, including a master, a front closet, pantry, laundry room and even a custom floor to ceiling bookcase in our office. We couldn't be happier!!nnThe process started with one meeting the in the showroom with Mary to look at finishes, and then we did the rest of the meetings virtually on Zoom, with Mary playing around with a 3D model until we were happy. Very thoughtfully designed, and even had more recommendations after coming in to measure.nnInstallation day went as planned as well, and the guys were so professional, and skilled at their jobs - so impressed. Never once did they come to me saying they had a problem, or they couldn't do something, and they even climbed up and down our 3 floors with materials with ease! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a custom closet, but not wanting to pay an arm and a leg at Container Store - and this looks way better anyways!nnWe will definitely use Inspired Closets for all built in needs moving forward!
Mike and his crew did a phenomenal job on every level in consulting, designing and installing. I absolutely recommend inspired closet for your space. I got my three closets and one pantry done and I just love the choice that I made to go with inspired closet! You are getting best quality and service in great price.
